To support the HR Manager with the delivery of core HR services to ensure the business’s strategic and operational objectives are met.

직무 내용

To complete core HR tasks + activities including but not limited to:

• Local recruitment activities
• Supporting learning and development activities.
• Ensuring that all HR Information systems are updated and maintained
• Updating of HR information to local payroll team
• Maintaining P-files (hard and soft copy)
• Communication with SSC
• Supporting the annual salary increment + bonus processes
• Leading and participating in relevant HR projects

자격 요건

• Fluency in both Korean and English
• Bachelor's degree in economics and logistics related preferred
• 3~5 years of experience in Human Resources preferred 
• Experience with use of relevant Social Media in Talent Sourcing preferred
• Strong communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships with stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset– sense of urgency and proactive communication
• Technology savvy and a creative mindset that is not afraid to challenge the status quo and improve the team's ability to succeed.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office suite
