¢Ã Position : Marcom Director (ÀÌ»ç±Þ)


¢Ã Responsibilities
* Strategic Plan
- In collaboration with the Managing Director, lead the yearly Strategic Plan & ensure transversal synergy across divisions and regular planning updates.
- Ensure internal communication across the organization & regular updates in full cooperation with Regional and H.Q team

* Marketing Strategy & Development
- Set up marketing strategy for major collections in collaboration with MD team and full coordination with all relevant functions incl. Retail, Training, HJ, Client teams.
- Responsible for overseeing all product lines including action plan, animation, communication, performance, feedbacks & reporting
- Ensure success of High Jewelry local events & act as key support for International events.
- Monitor competition activity
- Key contact for alignments and market presentation in global (HQ), RO meetings (media, pr, event, VM)
- In charge of consolidation of market presentation

* Communication Strategy & development
- Protect Maison¡¯s Image & ensure brand positioning of the Maison in Korea
- Plan and implement a strategic media plan including magazines, newspaper, digital
- Establish strong connections with editors, press, stylist and opinion leaders as well with media agency
- Orchestrate Maison¡¯s Events & ensure Maison¡¯s identity is well expressed & conveyed to the audience
- Manage and control A&P budget , in line with yearly budget & guidelines
- Monitor editorial performance & put in place action plans accordingly
- Manage press releases, PR material, photo-shooting and all PR related projects.
- Local project meeting lead (e.g., S.O.B calendar, Jewelry acceleration project, ad-hoc)
- Local Event/activation directing
- Local VM review

* Team member management
- Manage and develop marketing and communication team members, in line with Maison¡¯s Values, driving harmony & synergy across the organization, with all departments
- Set clear guidance, directions & objectives to each team members.
- Provide factual feedbacks on both skills and behaviour in order to help each team member to develop in line with Maison¡¯s high-expectations
- Establish privilege relationships & permanent exchanges with regional functions
- As part of executive member, ensure to lead by example & convey Maison¡¯s Values




¢Ã Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years¡¯ successful experience, with at least 3 years as Marketing & Communication head
- An international background is appreciated
- Strong local network
- Strong Management skills & ability to interact with a wide diversity of profiles.
- Leadership, Team spirit, positive mindset, driving Harmony & Synergy across the organization
- Fit with Maison¡¯s Values
- Strong proficiency in English
- Ability to speak and communicate in Korean is a plus
