- 이커머스 운영 관리 (제품, 주문, 재고, 반품 관리 및 리포트)
- 주문 배송, 클레임 관리 및 지속적인 개선 목표 수립
- 프로세스 최적화 및 운영 효율화를 위한 지속적 개발
- 비즈니스 환경 변화에 따른 관리 및 서비스 비용 최적화
- 그외 추가적인 업무 및 프로젝트 진행
[Qualification & Preferred]
- 대학교 학사 이상
- 0 ~ 5년 경력
- 근무지: 경기도 이천시 초지리
- 경역학 또는 통계학 전공자 우대
- 전자상거래 분야 유경험자 우대
- 중급 영어
- Excel, PPT, Word 사용 가능자
- 관련 부서와의 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 분석 및 문제 해결 능력
[Job Summary]
Ecom operations Specialist’s responsibility for E commerce channel will help Loreal Korea to meet its objectives of building a sustainable business growth Through E-com business development.
[Core Work Activities]
- Manage ecommerce operations including Product Master, Orders, Stock, Shipment, Return, Report etc,)
- Process and track ecommerce orders until the delivery with related parties.
- Optimize ecommerce process at optimum level.
- Optimize cost to serve without impacting service capability or quality.
- Leading change management by business environment
- Maybe required to perform additional duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
[Qualification & Preferred]
- University graduate
- 0~5 years
- Work Location: Choji-ri, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do
- Commerce or statistics graduates is preferred
- Experience in E-commerce field is preferred
- intermediate level of English
- Proficient with Excel, PPT, Word
- Communication skills with relevant departments.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
