YOUR ¡®DAY TO DAY¡¯


Lead digital transformation for PM Korea by developing and implementing immediate & long term integrated corporate digital objectives & strategies including digital media strategy, owned website consumer engagement/ experience (IQOS.kr) strategy, CRM & database management strategy and E-commerce channel strategy including owned and 3rd party players that will lead to the achievement of PM Korea SoM and Volume targets.


1) Based on a comprehensive and robust understanding of consumer insights and Consumer Journey opportunities, design and lead an end-to-end digital transformation strategy and roadmaps to deliver a short & long term PMK business, consumer goals in collaboration with key internal stakeholders (PMK, Global/ Regional partners).

2) Lead development and implementation of digital media strategy and traffic driving plans to reach the maximum number of Legal Aged Smokers leveraging Paid advertising and SEO/ SEM and Digital word-of-mouth. Maximize Digital media to deliver key consumer (benefit, awareness etc) & business objectives (sales targets for initiatives, programs, offers etc) with expertise and knowledge on audience targeting & retargeting, analytics and content/ messaging optimization.

3) Lead design and implementation of holistic digital consumer engagement, experience and conversion strategy leveraging the owned brand website and eCommerce platform (IQOS.kr) that delivers focused brand benefits, intuitive trial/ purchase choices that fit to needs of consumers and superior shopping experience. Leverage data & analytics to constantly sharpen digital consumer journey and improve eCommerce performance.

4) Lead design and implementation of Digital CRM strategy behind thorough understanding of Consumer Journey opportunities and key insights (barriers/ motivators) including defining consumer segmentation, implementing personalized messages/ offers, identifying the most effective vehicles to deliver CRM messages, integrating CRM across omni-channels and optimizing performance based on data and analytics. Own PMK consumer data-base management and improve KPIs.

5) Lead annual and quarterly digital & eCommerce channel performance review to the management team including what worked and what needs to be improved and propose implications to future strategic directions.

6) Ensure all Digital strategies, plans and activities meet all local external legal requirements, PMI principles, practices, budgetary, reporting, compliance and controls requirements.

7) Ensure all employees in the function have the appropriate development plans required to enable them to meet or exceed company expectations.

8) Proactively seek opportunities for innovation and improvements. Act as the sponsor and change agent of digital transformation in the broader organization beyond the digital team. Actively build an external network to ensure up to date knowledge of digital innovations.



WHO WE¡¯RE LOOKING FOR


- University Degree Technology or Business Management or equivalent

- At least 15+ years of experience in leading Digital function and capabilities end-to-end from media/ traffic planning including SEO/SEM, brand website UX/UI & content strategy development, owned E-commerce and Marketplace channel management, data base management & CRM including omni-channel deployment strategy and optimization.

- Strong people skills in leading a function as well as building relationships across business partners, external agencies and vendors.
