- Sales for Fluid Control Products and Refrigeration & Air-conditioning(RAC) Products

Scope/Supervision & Interaction

- Major key account and OEMs sales for fluid control and refrigeration

- Market trend analyze and establish sales strategies

-  Sales mapping to new market & customer profiles with exist or new products in Fluid control & RAC

-  Solenoid(Explosion proof) Valve & Proportional Valve sales for General Industry market

-  Refrigeration and Air-conditioning(RAC) Products sales for HVAC, CDU market

Essential Functions:

- Be responsible for the sales of Fluid control products & RAC either directly to end-users or through distributors

- Executing business plans, sales strategies, processes and activities to meet targets by increasing revenue spend per customer and by identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities.

- Develop and expand shares in the market, by applying product solutions to meet customer needs while executing business growth objectives

- Keep well-informed of market trends, customer preferences, the actions of competitors, and the impact of governmental regulations, as a basis for recommending revisions in marketing plans and strategies for the territory

- Continually seek to promote new product ideas and applications as a basis for increasing profitable sales to new or existing customers

- Can design reflection for application when designing units for refrigeration

- Excellent communication skills with customers & Distributors

Qualifications:

- Bachelor`s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Refrigeration Engineering Major

- At least 3~5 years sales experience working with Fluid control & RAC products.

(Sales engineer, HVAC & CDU System designer)

- Understanding of ofen, close roof and refrigeration circuits

- Fluent spoken and written English skills

- Willingness to long distance business trip & driving own vehicle preferred
