Roles & Responsibilities
ㆍTransfers the related product knowledge from development engineering and NPI manufacturing team to field service team.
ㆍNew equipment installations, training, and warranty support.
ㆍTroubleshoots product problems on-site.
ㆍResponds to customer request for on-site technical support.
ㆍPerforms generic application support to customer.
ㆍProvides information to Account Manager and Product Marketing on use of products and escalations.
ㆍProvides input to Product Engineering for periodic maintenance.
ㆍEducational : Candidates must have at least an associate degree or industrial high school graduation in ME/EE or engineering related major.
ㆍExperience : Minimum 3 years of related work experience, with at least 1 year at engineer positions with high-tech equipment field. Semiconductor and Display experience is highly preferred.
ㆍGood command of English or at least basic emailing/speaking of English are preferred.
ㆍTo adapt and be accepted with the required intensive equipment training in overseas either in USA or Singapore for 1~3 months after on-site experience at field.
ㆍHousing Allowance or Dormitory would be provided in case of moving to Paju, Korea, whereas gas mileage would be provided in case of commuting from own dwelling.
