[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Responsible for data integrity, HR technology, systems, processes, records and data management as well as C&B planning and operations He/She will supervise the implementation and daily operation of the Global HR Information System (HRIS). - Develop and iterate on the overall HR technology strategy keeping current on new solutions to recommend and prioritize implementation that meets the current and future business needs. |
[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] - Tertiary education with at least 3 years' experience in related field - Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities combined with demonstrated ability to influence, able to connect and advise HR peers - Analytical mindset, data driven, a keen eye for detail - Innovative and creative problem solving and decision making - Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
