Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 

•    Manage DC facilities safe and clean  to provide appropriate working environment to DC employees 
(물류부 직원들에게 쾌적한 작업 환경을 제공하기 위해 안전하고 깨끗하게  물류부 시설 관리 한다)
 
Accountabilities:

•    Keep DC environment clean and safe. (물류부의 환경을 안전하고 깨끗하게 유지)
•    Firefighting facility management (소방시설 관리)
•    Maintain company property, building and facilities. (회사 자산, 건물, 시설들을 관리)
•    Manage outsourcing vendors for Cleanning, Security, Safety (fire, gas etc.) (청소, 보안, 안전을 위탁한 외부 용역 업체 관리)
•    Manage DC: security, Heating & air-conditional maintenance, etc, 
(보안, 물류부 및 사무동 냉난방 시설 유지 보수 관리)
•    Secure operational excellence with cost saving initiative. (비용 절감을 할 수 있는 향상된 관리 방안 확보)
•    Prepare payment request for facility management.(시설 관리에 필요한 제반 비용 처리 준비)

•    DC OPS, GA & Procurement, Legal & Compliance

Required Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

•    Preferably college educated. (건축설비 관련 학과 전문대졸 우대)
•    Firefighting license holder: Fire safety manager level 1 or higher 
(소방자격증 소지자: 소방시설 안전관리자 1급 이상)
•    At least 5 years work experience in facility management area. 

(최소 5년 이상의 시설 관리 경력)
