• Evaluate and identify
target customers fit for company¡¯s model
• With target key
accounts, negotiate and define engagement strategies with the objectives to
increase sales revenue, line count & margin
• Work with Sales Team
to ensure the delivery of committed services.
• With targeted BtoB
customer segments (high mix/low volume), work with Digital Marketing Team to
work out light tough digital promotional programs for sales penetration. These
programs are to be tight up with our service capabilities including supply
chain solutions, connectivity solutions, incremental business discount/rebate,
credit terms, consolidated shipment solutions, etc.
• Build long-term
professional relationships with key accounts to continuously explore new
programs for sustainable customer engagement.
• Work closely with the
Digital Marketing Team to identify opportunities for digital promotion into the
BtoB customer segments with the goals of increasing customer count.

• Solid account
development experience in multinational company or multi-line distributor
• 5 years or above
electronics components sales experience
• Positive attitude and
strong influencing power to his/her colleagues
• Strong communication
and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with
ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Well organized in
business proposal & good at data analysis
• Good command in both
written/spoken English and Korean
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
