¢Ã Position: Retail Manager (Â÷ºÎÀå±Þ)


¢Ã Responsibility
o Sales Development
- Analysis of Boutique & staff sales performance to propose action plan & objectives
- Liaise closely with the Sales Department to ensure that the Boutiques are fully merchandised according to the set Assortment
- Analysis of stock situation in each Boutique throughout the month to ensure proper supply to the Boutiques.
- To identify fast & slow sellers then recommend appropriate action.
- Provide statistical analysis of Sales & replenishment needs
- Communicate and work closely with the Retail team and Boutique Managers regarding sales activities, training, marketing and promotional activities

o CRM
- Responsible for Reporting on Client and Prospect data quality: work closely with CRM on analysis on results
- Lead the Market to achieve CRM KPI such as quality client data capture rate, conversion rate and retention rate, etc.
- Ensuring data collection and storage¡¯s compliance
- Provide qualitative analysis on clients¡¯ profile, store pattern in terms of client base and purchasing habits, correlation analysis in between stores in HK and Macau
- Work closely with CRM to Analyse Boutique & staff CRM performance and propose action plan & objectives
- Work closely with Boutique teams to communicate and execute CRM strategies
- Create and follow-through CRM action plans at boutique level with clear objectives, deliverable and timeliness for completion
- To support other departments to target the Audience for Retention Events and coordinate with related internal and external parties for event implementation and all collaterals (Target selection, invitations, gifts, etc)
- To work with Retail team to set Target of sales for event/ loyalty programs
- To provide relevant support upon completion of event / campaign (quantitative and qualitative feed-back, budget analysis, etc) to increase the ROI

o Team management
- To work within Retail team to set Boutique Manager objectives to be review constantly
- Manage & coach the managers, train and animate the team
- Ensure all Boutiques Managers perform coaching to the team according to Btq needs
- Set objectives to boutique managers and conduct yearly evaluation, KPIs
- Implement leadership principles and values for leading people and the business to drive the best work culture
- Ensure talent retention and set actions for staff development
- Review salary & commission schemes for all retail boutique staff and propose incentive to boost slow movers

o Training
- Implement HQ Training guideline and follow up at local level
- Coordinate and animate training programs in the Network
- Interact frequently with boutique managers and staff to identify training needs and making proactively recommendations for improvement
- Provide customized and individual coaching
- Work with external consultants to conduct specific trainings when necessary
- Follow-up training performance indicators for the Country and measure the efficiency of the training sessions

o Implementation of Key Objectives
- Attain the highest Maison profile
- Ensure all Boutiques are operation at their maximum level
- Ensure all Boutiques are maintained at the highest decorative standards
- To be involved and assist with the installation & set-up of new Boutiques

o Boutique image development and VM maintenance
- Responsible for the appearance and maintenance of the Boutique together with the Boutique Managers
- Ensure that the Boutiques follow the Merchandising standards as set by the Maison
- Liaise closely with the Marketing Department on various Marketing actions such as the animation calendars and Exhibitions, to ensure timely implementation & professional execution

o Operational Reporting
- Consolidate all the monthly reporting pertaining to each Boutique¡¯s performance
- Perform comparative studies on the monthly reports
- Setup reporting vehicles for distribution to Management & Boutiques
- Manage CS cases
