Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:   
To develop objectives and action plans for the assigned customers in order to build and develop the account networks and deliver the required financial results.


Key Responsibilities: 
•    Budget setting & Target achievment 
-    Work together to achieve annual sales plan by customer and set a mid-term plan to grow business with the right strategy with supervision of line manger.
-    Achieve budgeted Sales, standard margin and other KPIs
-    Persuade sales policies, strategies, terms and conditions to expand accounts business according to the company's direction
-    Plan annual sales plan by each account in order to develop 3 year SBP(Strategic  Business Plan)
-    Acknowledge each quarter¡¯s highlight concepts and campaigns of respective accounts to communicate with internal customers 
-    Forecast respective seasonal assortment plan on account basis and monitor order shipment in a timely manner
-    Reports and share market situation (share of business), condition, needs, and changes to relevant functions periodically to achieve sales target.
-    Implement space management, account marketing & retail marketing execution 
-    Develop product segmentation for wholesales accounts to benefit customers¡¯ P&L improvement.
-    Conduct business meetings about challenges and competitor¡¯s activities to align with the company business plan and sales business cycle 
-    Analyze customers¡¯ sell-out report to bring up brand share within the respective accounts.
-    Aware of accounts' current season¡¯s inventory level to execute repeat orders and replenishment program.
-    Execution of strategic opening a store in new areas to build up valuable brand position and brand awareness.

•    Account management 
-    Oversee the Comp. store management for healthy and sustainable growth
-    Responsible for P&L of Mono brand franchise key account
-    Achieve DSO target and collect A/R properly
-    To ensure customer compliance with agreements

•    Inventory management
-    Monitoring stock flow and stock order
-    Plan and manage the inventory in coordination with Finance and Product
-    Set up seasonal return plan by account 

•    Tradeshow & Training Management
-    Manage trade show to increase indent order ratio
-    Consult customer with vision for next years & help customer for better pre-order booking
-    Set-up tradeshow attendant & meal plan & accommodation for customers
-    Take care of customers who attend the tradeshow and co-work with other departments to set-up daily tradeshow agenda

 

KPIs
•    Total net sales development according to account budget in charge
•    Market shares with assigned accounts and designated sell-thru target
•    Adherence to sales working budget

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 
•    University degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing and business
•    MS-Office skills
•    Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in sports industry
•    Fluent in English (written & oral)
