What you will do,
  • Represent the entire range of company products and services
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet partners expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead solution process that best address end user needs, coordinating all necessary internal resource and partner personnel
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accounts

You will bring
  • Education: Bachelor¡¯s degree or above
  • Experience: New graduate or experienced in related industry/sales job
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Korean is a must
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level
  • Experience in delivering partner-focused solutions and problem-solving
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage P&L preferred
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for growing a business
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Knowledge in related field or related product knowledge (Cloud, Virtualization, UCaaS, IP PBX, IP Phone, SIP Trunk, Telecommunication, Enterprise Communication) is a plus
  • Knowledge in trade business is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel as required
