Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Performs quality control (QC) checking / proof reading of assigned documents including projects being handled by junior team members, to meet customer expectations.
• Develops and implements the strategy for all access, listing and P&R activity to achieve optimal market access for Novartis brands/products in relationships with internal stakeholders and external key influencers and decision makers, and this position reports directly to P&R/RWE manager.
• Develops the CPO P&R strategy and operational plan for Novartis brands/products in collaboration with Global Patient Access, APMA Pricing & Market Access and CPO cross-functional teams under the direction of manager
• Achieves the optimal market access by; Preparing and submitting P&R dossier to relevant authorities, Understanding and applying local regulations, Identifying, analyzing and developing positive relationships with relevant government officials, prescribing influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs) and payer decision makers In-line product management
• Controls and manages post-reimbursement price (e.g. reimbursement scope expansion, price-volume agreement, reward for saving drug expenditure, price-cut by generic entry, etc.) for brand maximization
• Seeks for opportunities for reimbursement scope expansion in collaboration with cross-functional teams Functional excellence
• Supports development of CPO input to Global Pricing studies and clinical planning based on CPO needs and priorities
• Updates and maintains PricePRO (Novartis price database) up to date

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Pharmacy or Science (required), MS or PhD in Public Health or Health Economics (preferred)
• Minimum 3 year working experience in the pharmaceutical industry with an in-depth understanding on the market access area
• Strong oncology background (preferred)
