Job Purpose:

Lead divisional human resources business partnering, through seamless collaboration amongst HR functions and business, to drive talent management, talent development, employee Engagement, HR strategy, management of employee cycles, and organization development with the supervision of Head of HRBP and L&D – Fashion & WFJ.

Key Responsibilities:

This job holder will be responsible for planning and executing HR cycles (HC planning, performance management, talent management, talent development) and provide required HR business partnering / consultancies under the supervision of Head of HRBP & L&D - Fashion & WFJ. This role will focus on enabling seamless execution of key HR agendas through effective collaborations amongst HR team and divisional counterparts with understanding divisional business and its competitive landscape.

Main responsibilities are listed and not limited as below:

HR cycle management / recruitment:

  • Lead managing the seamless execution of Fashion & WFJ divisional specific HR cycle management, including, monthly HR submissions (employee list, employee transfer, exits and recruitments), quarterly headcount reporting and budget forecast

  • Monthly HC reporting to division, Fixed term contract renewal, ad-hoc support from division

  • Lead managing annual performance management of Fashion & WFJ division

  • In collaboration with talent acquisition and RPO team, manage and support overall recruitment planning and forecasting of roles in Fashion & WFJ division

  • International move facilitation – short/long-term assignees, permanent transfer, VIE

  • On/off-boarding support when required

HR strategy and organizational development / design:

  • Provide support in building Fashion & WFJ divisional specific HR strategy and organization development / design initiatives through close collaboration and supervision of Head of HRBP / L&D – Fashion & WFJ.

  • Lead the implementation and execution of aligned HR strategies and organization development / design initiatives for Fashion & WFJ division.

  • Provide tactics and solutions in managing the change in implementation of key HR strategies and OD initiatives for both office and frontline organization of Fashion & WFJ.

Employee engagement / culture / relationship

  • Become the go-to person for employees¡¯ general queries or grievance through continuous employee engagement and rapport creation for both frontline and office Fashion & WFJ employees.

  • With the consultancy and support from Employees Relationship team, manage employee relations and grievance related cases within Fashion & WFJ division with retail managers and Head of BTQs.

  • Lead the management and execution of Fashion & WFJ divisional People Experience and culture initiatives with support and guidance from HR PE team.

Qualifications:

Academic/Professional Qualifications

  • BA degree or higher

Work Experience

  • Min 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources

  • Experience as HR Business Partner in a large multi-national or local company strongly preferred

  • Previous exposures and accumulated knowledge in talent management, talent development, HR HC management, employee relations, OD / HR strategy
