Key Responsibilities:

¡¤        Propose & communicate to sales advisors - the Annual Implementation Plan of FASHION & WFJ training, to ensure staff adequate confidence and competence of One House, CHANEL knowledge & service skills with market update

¡¤        Manage all FASHION & WFJ TRAINING to ensure high level of client experience including product knowledge and service standard

¡¤        Translation review for training materials on time with accuracy

¡¤        Develop competitive In BTQ training materials based on CHANEL selling ceremony & product

¡¤        Update training record and report monthly basis

¡¤        Collaborate with digital learning professional for e-learning contents creation and delivering

¡¤        Regular update to L&D team the  local learning & engagement implementation progress. Identify  the missing opportunity and provide learning  solution

¡¤        Demonstrate all round training capability from needs diagnosis, program design, measure to review via blended approaches for all levels of retail  population with effective  preparation & planning.

¡¤        Contribute team to transit smoothly as learning partners, both fashion learning team and RLDPs with education function.

¡¤        Preparation & support internal & external event

¡¤        Planning and training of key sales speech of each new product

¡¤        Support and participate in company/divisional project as per assigned

Required Competencies

•          Fluent in written and spoken    English

•          Computer literate (MS OFFICE included)

•          Experience on training delivery is must
