  - FCG (Fluid Connector Group) OEM Sales Engineer

 

2. Position Summary

The main purpose of this position is to develop sales and market shares of Fluid Connectors Products lines to dedicated OEM¡®s.
    The holder of this position is accountable for the sales growth into his responsibility area.

 

3. Essential Functions

- Research market trends/information and competitor¡¯s climate to analyze the current/future market situation

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate

- Develop & implement business plan for new market to secure profitable share gain

- Market trend analyze and establish sales stretch

- Ability to work as a team in a complex environment (matrix organization and multicultural company)

- Adhere to oooo's values, follow and promote the Corporate¡¯s guidelines

- Develop new business/accounts opportunity

- Call to core team meeting with internal/external customers to achieve business plan

- Produces new ideas, approaches, or insights ; creates innovative products for business growth

- Continually seek to promote new product ideas and applications as a basis for increasing profitable sales to new or existing customers

- Excellent communication skills with customers

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and wok to tight deadlines.

- Strong work capacity and resistance to stress.

 

4. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering is preferred

- Min. 3 years sales engineering experience in the Marine and Defense markets within relevant applications.

- Project management(leading) skills

- Build and maintain relationship w/ key person of the customers side in Defense and Energy market.

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Able to create relations and positively influence

- IT Skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

- Able to drive own initiative whilst remaining a team player.

- Strategic thinking
