Process Manager (Business Analyst) for Commercial Operation
We are looking for a Process Manager (Business Analyst) for Commercial Operation to introduce new ERP (Oracle Netsuite) system in Korea markets.

Key responsibilities:
• Create and drive the definition of high level requirement for Statement of Work
• Document detailed user stories for development
• Define the test scripts with detailed instructions
• Translate key document (Korean and English)
• Support the overall training activity with documentation and execution
• Cutover and after go live support

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(5년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업 이상

Competence and qualifications:

·         BS/BA in computer science, engineering, statistics, accounting, finance, or a related field required.

·         Experience in process automation, financial modeling and planning, business analysis, data analytics, and/or a similar data-driven role.

·         Experience from and knowledge of IT development in Process and IT projects preferred

·         Experience from working in an agile delivery organization

·         Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

·         Good presentation and facilitation skill

·         Good command of the English language

·         Good understanding of finance or commercial operation

·         Documentation oriented

·         Able to work in multi culture organization

·         Business oriented with automotive background

·         Entrepreneurs spirit with a can do attitude

·         Been part of major and complex solution implementation

·         Proven track of change management and process definition

·         Shown capability of being a fast learner

·         Willing to travel within Korea and Region Asia
