¢Ã ResponsibilityO Commercial Management/ Sales/ Operations- Assists Retail Operations Director in all roles and functions within Retail Ops team- Ensures monthly store sales targets and KPIs are achieved- Checks out operational performances and finds out efficient ways and offers recommendations and ideas for improvements and future action plans- Ensures if stores are complying with all the company regulations, policies, & PIPA- Conducts regular store visits and meetings with store management to understand each store business & operations and to communicate the progress of work- Monitor store staff R&R and structures to be align with global Smart Ops project.- Manage dept store buyer meetings and dept store lease contract 2- Deal with landlord issues and negotiations- Observes and discusses with the stores to check out any necessity or improvements on store maintenances- Performs in-depth studies for store operations and processes, and provides guidelines to store staffs- Monitors attitudes, service level, product knowledge level, selling skills of the sales staffs, and coordinates any necessary trainings to enhance those levels in cooperation with other related teams- Prepare regular monthly sales meeting with all store managers and office managers.- Holds regular Operation Specialist meetings to solve various operational issues and track their executions/difficulties- Holds regular Store Back Office meetings and trainings regarding store regulations and policies and co-work with Internal Control for the details of the operations- Ensures & monitors if stores are well informed & communicated about company goals and policies through morning briefings, meetings, & trainings- Co-works with Customer Experiences, Service, and After Sales for the work processes and improvements in stores- Cooperates with other teams for new store projects, events, & animations.- Develops & supervises successful store opening processes by checking operational steps in cooperation with other related teams- Researches market sales trends and competitors¡¯ business practices- Supports CRM meetings together with Retail Operation Assistant Manager to share best practices of each store- Manages, recruits, and deals with various vendors and suppliers for stores and evaluate them for future follow-ups- Conducts various data analysis of each store for store operational projects and prepare presentations & reports for the management.
