특허출원, 특허관리

Responsibility:
-Act as a liaison between the company and the external IP Counsel in Korea and will focus on maximizing value creation from inventions originating from its Technologists in the region and on disseminating knowledge on best practices in Intellectual Property. 
-Assist the Technology Team in Korea in preparing effective invention disclosures by converting the technologies originating from research centers in Korea into effective inventions
-Support Patent Annuity Reviews, Inventor Award distribution and IP/Portfolio reviews

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(3년 이상 13년 이하)
학력사항: 석사졸업 이상
기타: 화공학과 전공 졸업자로 연구원 출신 특허법인 또는 기업체 지적재산 관련 업무 유경험자

Requirement:

-Master’s degree in Chemistry/Polymer Science with at least 3 years’ experience as an IP Specialist in Korea in a law firm or an in-house Corporate IP Team
-Working proficiency of patent filing process, of reporting and documenting communications from intellectual property offices, applicant responses, and maintenance/annuity payment processes.
-Excellent communication skill in Korean and English Language
