세계 최대 육/해상 풍력 터빈 제조기업 입니다.


- 고용형태 : 파견계약직 1년 + 1년
- 근무지 : 서울시 중구 서울역 인근
- 근무시간 : 09~18시 / 주 5일
- 급여 : 면접 후 협의


[주요업무]

국내 풍력발전 설치 Project Manager를 서포트하는 역할
1. Manage onshore wind projects with profit / loss responsibility for results, within the framework of company guidelines. 
2. Provide excellent leadership to an international project team. Guide, support, motivate and develop team members to achieve the project and organization goals.
3. Manage the project throughout the project life cycle, mitigating the commercial and contractual risks.
4. Ensure compliance to standards, rules, regulations and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).
5. Ensure the project team and subcontractors are strictly working in accordance with our safety standards.
6. Monitor milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost where necessary.
7. Maintain an excellent customer relationship through constant communication and collaboration.
8. Effectively manage key stakeholders including outside contractors, agencies, etc.

[자격요건]

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English both written and verbally. 
- Ideally you will have 3 years or more experience working in the energy sector.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with international delivery teams. 
- An ability to travel for business meetings, training, etc.



[우대사항]

- Experience of managing complex projects or equivalent responsibility for sub-projects
