Job Mission:
Set and achieve a clear PR objective based on clear understanding of WFJ business vision and local environment in a competitive context.
Develop PR strategy and implement relevant PR and influencer actions for WFJ
Contribute to Chanel brand image as a House of luxury
Key Responsibilities:
[Development of WFJ PR Strategy]
Develop overall local PR strategy based on global WFJ PR strategy and local wishes to strengthen CHANEL brand image
Development of PR action and implementation
Develop and implement specific PR actions for both print and digital media to ensure the best performance
Plan and implement editorial tie-up plan for the most optimized result in terms of quality and target reach
Find creative ideas for optimized exposure in the most desirable press and digital environment in addition to PR tools
[Celebrity and Influencer Relations]
Develop local celebrity and influencer strategy for WFJ
Plan and implement celebrity and influencer actions
Develop strong relationship with A-list celebrities, influencers, stylists, agents and celebrity agencies
[Digital Action Supervision]
Plan and implement local digital strategy and actions
Develop digital angles with digital influencers, bloggers and digital media
Build keen relationship with digital influencers, bloggers and digital press
[Press Release Distribution / Press Tools arrangement]
Manage overall WFJ press release to relevant press
Manage all press requirements including distribution of press materials
[Product Loan Supervision]
Supervise product loans: sample buying, budgeting, agency management.
[PR Result Report]
Consolidate all PR activities result and prepare reports based on project
Supervise PR results from print & digital monitoring agencies
Distribute Fashion & WFJ PR result to office, CAP, BTQs monthly
[Others]
Press trip arrangement (Basel, High jewelry event, etc.)
Be responsible for marketing plan
Plan and manage WFJ PR budget and expense
Support local WFJ events
Relationship building with editors, stylists and KOLs
Role Specifications
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent
Preference: Major in fashion
Proficient in English
Work Experience
Minimum 7 years working experience in WFJ or Fashion PR field.
Experiences and knowledge in high end luxury market.
Required Competencies
Excellent interpersonal relations and enriched media network.
Computer skills: MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Global sense, methodical manner and outgoing personality
