1. The Key Objective: with our expert level travel resources, get access into the EU & US Destination Land Operating market in Indonesia, build up customer relations and business.
2. Conduct sales activities such as doing sales calls, dealing inquiries, making quotations, making contracts, collecting payment, following up service, and maintaining good relationships with clients.
3. Develop and implement improvements to products, service delivery and process efficiency and quality.
4. Sales management and customer management in jurisdictional areas, develop new relationships and accounts according to agreed targets.
5. Observe market trends and provide insights to the management
6. Carry the group sales revenue and profit targets in line with the budget for the market.
