Communication Senior Manager 

 

A pivotal role with full responsibility to implement the communication strategies for our Maison within the framework of the global and regional directions and local priorities/initiatives. His/Her main objectives are to nurture our Maison¡¯s DNA, to convey our field of expression within communication territory and to secure our Maison¡¯s leadership as ultimate High Jewelry Maison in Korea.

 

  • Budget Management
    • Build A&P budget (media, PR, event, client treatment etc.) 
    • Responsible for communication budget planning and follow-up
    • Track and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly A&P spending and expenses

 

  • Strategic Planning & review
    • Develop and implement the long-term and yearly communication strategies across all functions
    • Analyze the implementations of all communication strategies and campaign KPIs

 

  • Digital & Media
    • Annual media planning and strategy development
    • Supervise media execution and KPI achievement

 

  • Public Relations
    • Secure a close relationship with key media, KOL, local artist community
    • Plan strategic PR initiatives  

 

  • Event
    • Propose annual event calendar
    • Supervise pre/post event report and KPI achievement
    • Support all local/regional/international PR event 

 

  • Team Leadership
    • Empower the team and be a role model based on our Maison¡¯s values
    • Develop all communication team members skillsets, leadership and competencies

 

To know

 

  • Min. 12 years of professional communication experience in high-end consumer industry, with at least 2 years in people management experience
  • Strong communication skills both in Korean and English
  • Solid local network
  • Hands-on management skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
