Training Specialist
The trainer is responsible for the successful development and enhancement of Van Cleef & Arpels staffs especially for sales associate. The main objectives of developing is elevating talent pool: sales performance, client development, knowledge of Maison and reaching a sustainable high quality of client service.
Task 1 – Implementing adapted team development path
- Conduct Maison¡¯s key trainings which focus on soft skill (service, clienteling, selling skill, CS¡¦) with embracing local needs and communicate all the training programs on a timely basis & organize.
- Training evolving: Trainer to enhance team experience through utilization existing tools, develop new contents and improved knowledge.
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs through talent pool.
- Provides superior guidance, mentoring, adapted development path and feedback for the Sales Associates to strengthen their talent pool.
- Regularly communicating with management, trainers and sales team members to ensure that all needs are met, monitor the progress of performance & training efficiency to foster follow up actions.
Task 2 – Develop & maintain team expertise
- Develop & implementing advanced training to enhance team expertise especially Sales Associate communities.
- To company provide suitable development path to team, identify success factor, key development area by staffs and training needs.
- Closely working with internal team, implementing follow up session , identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training.
Task 3 - Assist to achieve effective people development strategy
- Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Develop & arrange the localized training with team & General support for training events.
Task 4- Responsible for promotion of the E-leanings
- Promote and market the E-learnings and various training programs to team take opportunity their knowledge development.
- Responsible for maintaining and reporting on key learning path on an ongoing basis.
- Translate & proofreading for the new e-learning programs.
To know
- In 5-8 yrs work experience as a Field Coach, Trainer or similar role in luxury hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Behavioural competencies: excellent interpersonal skills, reliable and independent, positive attitude, presentable, team player.
- Additional training certification is a plus
- Language: fluent in English (verbal & written)
