  • Develop the education plan for HCPs on disease & product

  • Deliver clinical training for HCP in new account and day to day training to existing account as needed

  • Troubleshooting to manage the customer complaint on our product

  • Develop the educational material and responsible for medical review

  • Engage in KOL management

  • Responsible to regularly track the progress of KPI

  • Collaborate with global team for internal staff’s training

  • Participate in cross functional team meeting

  • In-depth knowledge on disease and products

  • Solid training skills 

  • Ability to understand customers & patients’ unmet needs and interact in effective way

  • Ability to closely collaborate with various stakeholders in local and global as well

  • Ability to work well on various teams and act as team leader when appropriate
