DESCRIPTION

Amazon KR team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive in South Korea for the Amazon Global Selling business.

In this position, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and recruiting Korean Sellers of all sizes in the Grocery industry to accelerate their business growth in US Marketplace (a.k.a www.Amazon.com). The primary responsibility of this individual will be identifying and building relationships with prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to assist in creating compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will need to be agile in her/his approach and able to deal successfully with contacts at all levels while discussing the Global Selling on Amazon value proposition.

Key job responsibilities

Core responsibilities for this role include:
¡¤ Define and capture potential sellers in Grocery industry and develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products features and functionalities.
¡¤ Meet or exceed goals and operational metrics by managing numerous opportunities strategically and concurrently
¡¤ Analyze various purchasing data and make recommendations to Sellers to attain better output
¡¤ Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the Sellers. Use these metrics to guide your work and unfold hidden areas of opportunity.
¡¤ Understand and utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information
¡¤ Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international markets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

¡¤ 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the e-Commerce, Retail, and the Consumer industry such as Food, Health and Personal Care.
¡¤ Demonstrated success in exceeding business development/sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
¡¤ Successful experience in managing large account portfolios
¡¤ Exceptional communication with clients and presentation skills
¡¤ Highly analytical with the ability to run and analyze data
¡¤ Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity, and strong learning agility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

¡¤ Preferably experienced in the e-Commerce, Retail, and the Grocery industry.
¡¤ Experience using analytical, productivity tools including, Salesforce or other CRM tools
¡¤ Run and manage Data using SQL
¡¤ Track record of successfully scaling business campaigns
