(quarterly basis) - Smooth communication and data collection between related stakeholders, such as controllers or brand sales - Taking the initiative to set up business intelligence. - Investigate appropriate seminars & agencies. - Support quality review to ensure the accuracy of current and historical incident data. - Explore new Ecommerce Channel opportunities by analyzing customer requirements and market information to identify further sales potential.
2/ Reporting - Daily sales data Excel work and growth collection by LVMH channel - Daily collection and archiving through distribution news/growth trend search - Gather, synthesize, and interpret disparate quantitative information sources, develop meaningful insights, and clearly disseminate to key stakeholders. - Data consolidation and reporting for Monthly, Quarterly, and Add-hoc Reports according to deadline - Ad-hoc Market Trend Analysis Report - Sharing E-Business info/data in a timely manner.
3/ Project - Support Successful implementation of channel projects, being in charge of communication with e-Commerce executives. - Support ad-hoc documents related to E-Business. - Prepare and Coordinate project-related meetings and training sessions. - Prepare and Coordinate regular eCommerce Workshops. |
