[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Manage relationship with journalists with key media - Media plan planning & execution - Media agency supervising - Organize local events in line with the brand¡¯s image (PR, VIP, product launches ) - Define relevant budget for each event, follows up all related costs and ensures event report for management and regional structures with ROI analysis - Agency supervision - Provide key insights to brand teams to evolve campaign relevancy and PR program success - Oversee all aspects of communications including: Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Celebrity Relations and Philanthropy. - Generate and secure creative ideas for collaborations and partnerships and participate as active decision maker in conceptualization, execution and development for strategic branding initiatives. - Continue to increase brand awareness and relevance through increased earned media efforts - Lead the PR process, risk assessment, identify key concerns, and address issues with informed communication strategies. - Oversee all communications efforts in all subsidiaries to control accuracy, consistency and brand messaging. - Develop and implement press tools, kits and strategies to be used to reinforce and strengthen consistent brand image and messaging. - Interface extensively with internal counterparts in the marketing, sales, training and creative services departments to collaborate on overall company objectives and key messaging.
