1. Sales Management within assigned countries
- Responsible for managing sales, AR(account receivable), business partners
and achieving financial objectives for assigned products within territory
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans
- Market Share expansion through new partners/distributors development and
managing the existing partners/customers
- Develop the territory business plan which identify opportunities within current
customer base and help formulate sales strategies in conjunction with
Global Business team Leader and Head of Global Business Division
2. Marketing Support
- Ability to teach and educate medical personnel regarding product features
and benefits
- Plan and organize the exhibition/seminar/training programs in territory
- Develop the detail aids and promotional materials in territory
- Update the market trend and competitive intelligence
3. Customer Engagement
- Build-up and leverage professional relationships with customers
- Manage the local speakers and thought leaders to increase the loyalty
about products
4. Ethics & Compliance
- Familiarize and comply the company¡¯s policies and E&C Guideline during sales
and marketing activities
- Manage the movement of products in and out of the country in accordance
with company¡¯s policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local,
country and international law and process
