Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Assist in the execution of the organization¡¯s BD&L strategies and plans.
• Supporting the Business Development activities to enhance the value of alliances and manage partnership risks.
• Building and maintaining strong partnership with business partners through leading and executing alliance management programs
• Analyzing and assessing a BD&L partner¡¯s contractual obligations and internal KPIs
• Collaborate with local/regional functions and engage them to obtain appropriate support and endorsement in an efficient way
• Manage all relevant issues with existing partners and resolve problem through communication, and negotiation to secure business values and mutual benefits from partnership

Minimum Requirements

What you¡¯ll bring to the role:
• A highly committed, competitive BD & Alliance professional with a proven track record in managing contractual obligations and building solid partnership with internal / external stakeholders
• Excellent communication in Korean (Native) and English (Full business fluency)
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies in the commercial or Finance or BD department / functions
• Strong financial and business acumen and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Solid strategic, analytical capabilities and experiences
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional environment
• Strong project management capability to set clearly shared goals, execute key milestones and engage with diverse internal & external stakeholders
