Compensation & Benefit
- Monthly payroll, social insurances, withholding tax report and year-end income tax adjustment (with payroll outsourcing vendor)

- Compensation and incentive policy, procedures, practices and programs 
- Modifications of compensation and benefits programs
- Employee welfare such as insurance coverage, retirement pension plans, vacations
- Consulting and providing recommendations with employees on all C&B issues

HRIS
- Assisting with rollout of HR programs and procedures
- Responding to queries from employees 
 
Global Mobility
-Coordinating assignment process with managers in Global HQ & Local
-HR support to the assignees from/to Korea 
  (e.g. relocation, allowance payment, visa, tax equalization, etc.)

- Proficient in MS Office (PPT/ Excel/ Word)
- Good time management and work prioritization skills
