Introduction to the job
Specialist leads UIR(Upgrade, Install and Relocation) event material planning and replenishment upon logistical logic & process, and coordinates to make successful delivery of all logistic requirements for UIR events in the region.
Role and responsibilities
- Availability management by replenishing the required event materials upon event schedule in defined sourcing rule and process
- Demand management by fulfilling the event demand timely, cost-effectively and in right quality
- Stakeholder management by interfacing with CS/customers/biz partners on operational issues
- Collaborate with other CSCM teams for demand & supply & stock control
- Collaborate Custom teams and 3PL forwarding partners on export & import-related matters
- Inventory management by validating the demand and returning to origin on time
- Prepare reports on operational & logistics KPI, adherence and improvement
- Lead continuous improvement via LEAN methodology with driving process standardization & structural solutions
- Engage in global/regional Projects in order to align project deliverables to field requirements
Education and experience
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or above in Business Administration or Logistics/SCM
- 2-5 years of working experience in SCM planning and administrative operation
- Professional experience in materials availability, demand & supply, logistics, shipment & Warehousing operation preferred
