Manage and develop the regional/local marketing plans and guidelines ensuring quality, time to market and being the point of reference for internal departments (central and local) and external suppliers.

Event & Promotion
• National event plan and excellent execution (ROI to be measured)
• Promote high jewelry sales (HQ event, Key store HJ event, HJ trunk show)
• New launching event, store opening event, pop-up event, exhibition plan and execution
• For new customer recruitment, build co-partnership with the company which own the qualified • CDB for the brand
• Co-promotion planning and execution based on higher ROI
 
RCRM Management
• CRM action plan development (retain & develop existing and new acquisition) with CRM team
• One2one program coordination to achieve KPI target
• Support stores and managing CRM system to improve date quality
• VIP management program (anniversary gifting and birthday gifting)
• Order and manage brochures and invitation according to the yearly plan
• Construct and develop inserts and printed material
• Monitoring competitors' CRM activities

• +10 years of experience in a relevant department or business industry.
• Customer Orientation, Flexibility
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
