Role and responsibilities
- Reconcile all intercompany AR and AP balance at monthly closing
- Minimize all discrepancies regarding intercompany AR and AP at monthly closing
- Issue management and follow up on unsettled items (initiators of invoice, supporting document)
- Performs root cause analysis for technical incidents related to collections, payments, intercompany billing etc.
- For technical & process issues, investigates and develops follow up and action plans.
- Suggest improvements and provides solution for decision making.
- Disconnect & aged item resolution and attend issue meeting
- Lead all intercompany AR and AP related accounting and account reconciliation
- Monitoring and correcting fallouts of intercompany transactions
- Intercompany AR and AP reporting on a monthly basis
- Communicate with other teams for documentation and Manage and provide guidance on the documentation
- Prepare Stat audit data which is about Intercompany transaction & balance
- Custom tax audit follow up about foreign currency remittance & collection & intercompany invoice and back up document and clear all issue and close audit
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance/business management
- Above 2 years of related experience
