• Reconcile all intercompany AR and AP balance at monthly closing
• Minimize all discrepancies regarding intercompany AR and AP at monthly closing
• Issue management and follow up on unsettled items (initiators of invoice, supporting document)
• Performs root cause analysis for technical incidents related to collections, payments, intercompany billing etc.
• For technical & process issues, investigates and develops follow up and action plans.
• Suggest improvements and provides solution for decision making.
• Disconnect & aged item resolution and attend issue meeting
• Lead all intercompany AR and AP related accounting and account reconciliation
• Monitoring and correcting fallouts of intercompany transactions
• Intercompany AR and AP reporting on a monthly basis
• Communicate with other teams for documentation and Manage and provide guidance on the documentation
• Prepare Stat audit data which is about Intercompany transaction & balance
• Custom tax audit follow up about foreign currency remittance & collection & intercompany invoice and back up document and clear all issue and close audit

 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance/business management 
• Above 2 years of related experience
