Retail Trainer

[´ã´ç¾÷¹«]

- Responsible for delivering corporate training and development activities/ program and maintaining the training effectiveness to meet the value and standards of the Company
- Plan, design and develop integration training program for newcomers
- Roll out integration training program for newcomers (Service, Product, Clienteling in retail)
- Follow up closely with the newcomers by coaching and conducting regular touch bases for their performance
- Monitor and organize a field coaching: make sure that each new sales associate or store manager has followed the trainings adapted to him/her on the field
- Monitor the level of service after the delivery of service training and provide spot coaching
- Build and deliver a management training program
- Guarantee the application of standards and common rules and procedures according to the strategy and the values of our House
- Monitor and implement the training action plan alive
- Work in partnership for the creation or the edition of new training materials
- Have the initiative and discuss with the regional office to make the programs evolve and to optimize them

- Minimum 7 years¡¯ working experience in training

- Familiarity with talent retention and CDP planning

- Luxury retail experience is preferred

- Fluent in English and Korean
