• Conduct robot preventive maintenance and network/hardware/software malfunction analysis and maintenance
• Responsible for root cause analysis of production issue by applying to diagnose tools
• Provide training and support to external partners for troubleshooting and maintenance
• Resolve on‐site ad‐hoc issues and various hardware/software issues

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese or/and Mandarin
• Good IT literate such as network infrastructure is a plus
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP or other related logistics systems is a plus
• Willing to learn and detail‐oriented

• Willing to travel over various areas in Korea
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Driver's license is essential
• Self‐motivated, hard‐working, and independent
• 10 years related experience preferred
