• ㆍLead the Clinical Operations Management team by oversight of day-to-day operations for a clinical function.
• ㆍSet and drive the team’s annual performance review, development goals and KPIs.
• ㆍOversight and resourcing to projects of clinical operations teams to ensure billable utilisation, realisation targets and individual metric targets per roles are met.
• ㆍEnsuring project delivery outcomes and high and first-time quality oversight on project delivery outcomes.

ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑

• ㆍAt least 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.   
• ㆍAt least 3 years in a management role     
• ㆍGraduate in a clinical, pharmacy or life sciences related field.
• ㆍExperience and knowledge of end-to-end management of clinical trial conduct, knowledge of the clinical trial operations
• ㆍExcellent organisation skills, ability to manage multiple tasks.
