Role Summary
Work as modality sales specialist on the problems of diverse scope and generate solutions by leveraging portfolio from PD & IGT and Solutions. The development of solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge principles, -theories and -concepts of cross modalities. Formulate the solution for problems or challenges of customers that be found by composing newly acquired knowledge of new/existing digital healthcare solutions. Collaborate with cross clusters/teams and provide consultative advice for customer/business issue.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Actively engage with the clusters and their respective businesses to co-create the integrated value propositions based solution marketing contents.
- Support full alignment with business clusters on the initiatives in scope, and build community of practice.
- Develop and update solution marketing contents/events/partnership to address solution opportunities in radiology, cardiology, digital twin and smart hospital by leveraging portfolio from PD & IGT.
- Work and collaborate strategic partnership or multi-modality deals with cross cluster team.
- Support generating strategic partnership with professional societies, patient advocacy organizations , forums, industries with local health-tech leaders.
- Coordinate thought leadership content/symposium across the clusters and create Health Systems level content where not covered by clusters, working closely with integrated communications team.
- Support the Head of PD & IGT and, Head of Solutions and Head of Marketing in creating thought leadership programs and generating solution marketing contents leveraging solution portfolio from PD & IGT.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant experience (B2B, B2C, B2G, product marketing), and in brand management, new product launches and campaign management.
- Ability to support, influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders or executives.
- Conceptual thinker with proven able to synthesize conceptual thinking to operational functions.
- Data Driven mindset with strong experience in decision making with data.
- Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of solution portfolio, industry and partnership.
- Comfortable and ability to thrive with ambiguity while managing critical stakeholders.
- Solution marketing contents creation and service design thinking.
- Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via change management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world
