[What you will do] Responsible for development of online sales & marketing strategy, campaign plans, site experience, digital marketing plans, online optimization, and more. Lead end-to-end online destination management as well as digital marketing strategy & execution (SEM, SEO, Paid / Owned Media, Email, Affiliates, & more). Support the promotional planning process and go-to-market success for new product launches globally. Plan & deliver business performance results against P&L & budget while building strategic business cases for future growth needs. Lead both strategic and operational elements of Pivo¡¯s online destination inclusive of business operations & governance. Oversee the execution of the overall sales / marketing strategy and identify areas of improvement to adjust the team resources, strategy, partnerships, processes, & more. Lead a team of sales & marketing team members nurturing their growth in role and developing their skill sets for both the individual and company¡¯s future success. Collaborate & partner with cross functional teams on needs to enable growth – inclusive of brand marketing, product marketing, site design, content, supply planning, and more.

[What we expect from you] eCommerce destination management, P&L leadership, strategy, sales & digital marketing skillsets. Understanding of product go-to-market, SEO, SEM, email, social, display, online tools & capabilities, & more. Hands-on experience with official online stores with overseas sales. (Prefer experience of Shopify platform) 4+ years of experience in D2C global / overseas eCommerce. (Prefer US / Global consumer electronics experience.) Digital marketing agency & partner management background. Organizational navigation experience with the ability to influence global teams to deliver results. Collaboration skillsets required to partner with internal teams inclusive of brand, site design, external partners, agencies, & more. Strategically minded, financially savvy, technically inclined, process oriented, & analytically focused. Understands the tools & capabilities needed grow an online destination.
Experience with UX & UI & website development will be a plus Experience with E-Commerce Site CRO strategy and execution (A/B testing etc.) Data driven with analytical mind set, experience with Google Analytics will be a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
