[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Boutique Maintenance - Manage all aspects of boutique support on contracts, Vendors, orders, invoices within budget & respect of purchasing process in local market (In line with sustainability strategy if applicable) - Monitor and review the service quality of external vendors and work on improvement plans, cost control and negotiate with vendors/contractors for better offers, Terms & conditions of all contracts to meet company needs and legislation requirements - Manage & follow up the maintenance requirements and budget for boutiques (office if applicable) - Assist in managing adhoc projects and ensure timeline are met (Boutique opening & closing, relocation and renovation, external storage locations, support all event/pop ups and operation implantation Inc. Hardware/security/ cleaning and all BOH process) - Manage IT equipment and orders (mobile phones, laptops, iPads) on Retail O Stock Management - Manage inventory flows and events with a plan considering local market need. (Stock deliveries, transfers, and results/shrinkage rate of the annual inventory) - Oversee the legal requirements for stock movement in the local market (CITES Certification, Imports, Exports) - Align policies with the Regional Operations team, Local Boutique leaders, and operations systems to ensure that storage regulations are followed, processes are implemented, and best practices are applied by all boutiques. - Supervise supply needs for both office and boutique (materials, tools, uniforms, and other things, etc.) - Omnichannel co-ordination for local market O Process & Internal Control - Lead and oversee the daily administrative support for the office staff as well as the local boutiques - Assembling operational and financial data for business analysis - Visit boutiques frequently to make sure they are operating in accordance with the Dior guidelines, Regional Operations, and local government policies / procedure: - Compliance with health and safety policies - Ensure efficient and effective management - Implementation of budget and plans for boutique operations O People Management and Development - Provide training to all boutique operations teams on systems and procedures - Translate the strategic business goals into concrete individual goals, monitor and assess staff performance against their goals regularly to make sure the progress is on the right track - Provide individuals goals, consistent qualitative feedback, coaching & evaluation for performance improvement and develop subordinate to the next level - Oversee all Retail Performance & Operations projects - Clear comprehension & Supervision of all current POS practices, procedures, systems & applications

- Minimum 15 year-working experience
- Good knowledge of high-end luxury business process
- Retail and Business management mindset with strong
business acumen
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Fluent in English and Korean
