Execute relevant improvement initiatives leveraging on Lean Six Sigma knowledge/expertise aiming at process
optimization, compliance, standardization and SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, cost) KPIs improvements.

Education:
• 산업공학, 물류 Operation Management  등 유관 전공자 
• 린 식스시그마 옐로우벨트 자격 보유자(우대)

Work Experience:
• 최소 3년 이상의 Lean Manufacturing or related experience as an Industrial Engineer, leading teams, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
• Experience in analyzing operations and its cost drivers, material and information flows, productivity, material consumption, and operation expenses
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Quality, Project Management, Lean concepts, and theories
• Hands-on experience implementing Lean in manufacturing / assembly industries
• Knowledge of operations / production of food industry / airline catering / logistics
