JOB SUMMARY 
This position is responsible for the global marketing and communication vision for 3CE Stylenanda DMI. The role will focus 
on creating best-in-class campaigns and content for digital & social platforms and consistent brand identity across the 
communication touchpoints. Reporting to the Brand President of DMI, working closely with the key markets in Asia, leading a 
team of Campaign & Content, Creative Content, and Advocacy & partnerships, this role is instrumental in rolling out a new brand 
positioning and consistently internationalizing the brand. This person should have a pulse on the Asian MZ consumers, and 
be ultra-social media savvy. Strategic and creative. 



CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 
-Develop the 3CE global campaign strategy based on the brand¡¯s consumer insights, positioning + purpose and business 
goals
-Drive creation of best-in-class branded digital + social content, driving engagement with key community groups on social 
platforms     
-Partner with key countries (China/Korea/SEA) to manage local timelines and create the global Instagram calendar and 
content + align on advocacy + influencer strategy that supports the global strategy
-Manage agency/project-based partners, from brief through production, but also be ready to create content programs 
in-house when appropriate
-Drive yearly IP collaboration from proposal of partners, and management of contracts to the creation of the campaign 
-Manage in-house brand ambassadors and propose new faces in line with brand positioning 
-Key partner to the Brand President in development of the brand equity and positioning 
-Deliver comprehensive global guidelines for brand social and content local activation, supporting total brand and innovation 
needs
-Keep a pulse on digital trends, innovations and tools and social conversation around the makeup category in Asia
-Key partner on the Worldwide Meeting brand presentation with external agencies
-Provide global reporting and tracking on programs/deliver on KPIs


QUALIFICATIONS
-Education: University graduate
-Years of experience: +12 years
-Career Specific Experience
     -12+ years of relevant experience in creating global marketing campaigns — from vision and strategy to overseeing 
     production
     -Experience in creating integrated content across all key marketing channels, with a specific focus on digital, social media
     -Preference for beauty and passion for makeup
     -A pulse on trends, cultural/global conversations, and the ever-changing social landscape, with proven success in 
     activating on behalf of a global brand
     -Experience working with and managing agencies and owning a content budget
     -Must be organized but also nimble and flexible to adjust to real-time demand
     -Boldness to think outside of the box and bring break-thru, integrated ideas
     -Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
     -Demonstrated L¡¯Oréal Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurial Management, Achiever, and Innovator
     -Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
     -Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, PPT
