2/ Manage Bee Gold Clienteling (Customer Relation Management Tool) - Communicate with BCs and Bee Gold manager from HQ to solve the bugs / issues - Monitor and report Bee Gold Clienteling status, performance to Guerlain team monthly - Coach BCs how to use Bee Gold App to support Clienteling skill enhancement - Share best practice quarterly
3/ In-store BC coaching - Analyze BC transaction, Bee Gold Clienteling performance and identify individual strength and weakness, setting goals and action plans monthly - Check BC Grooming according to the Guerlain Elegance Grooming guideline: Hair, uniforms, BC bag, shoes, accessories, makeup, nail, parfum and hygiene - Lead role-play ¡°Dare to Bee¡± consultation and practice flash makeup services to ensure product knowledge and skill maintenance
4/ Brand Support - Support Marketing, E-com, PR Communication and Retail team in the areas where Trainer¡¯s specialty is required: Naver and E-retail Live, Masterclass, VVIC events
5/ Administration - Training modules translation: Makeup part of novelties, expertise, induction and updated participant book - BC uniform management - Order/ Cost management (Agora order, Esker)
