1. Greet and welcome visitors
2. Answer and handle main telephone calls in a professional manner
3. Coordinate incoming & outgoing mail/postage/courier delivery system
4. Manage visitor parking registration and visitor cards
5. Maintain and inspect office mail room space, OA and canteen areas
6. Manage paid meeting room booking upon employees¡¯ request
7. Manage and update employees¡¯ telephone list for office & BTQ
8. Order office-related supplies
9. Manage office printers by communicating with vendor
10. Maintain and order office OA & pantry supplies
11. Prepare monthly payment reports (PO) to arrange vendor payment
12. Perform ad-hoc general administrative duties
