▣ 채용 포지션 : Supplier Quality Engineer
SolarEdge Storage Division is recruiting Supplier Quality
Engineer responsible for delivering all aspects of the Supplier Quality
Assurance function. Work in a team environment with suppliers to develop and
implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in
variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all
customer requirements

What will you be doing >
1.
Collaborate with Purchasing department to develop new suppliers
2.
Develop and improve suppliers’ capability to pursue the most enhanced level of
quality management system
3.
Carry out supplier validation audits, Take the lead on supplier APQP(advanced
product quality planning) for new part/new supplier development projects
4.
Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define
process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is
effective to meet product and process requirements
5.
Take the lead on problem solving for failures or insufficiencies on parts
quality
6.
Keep monitoring on parts & supplier quality performances
7.
Manage all changes arising from suppliers
8.
Conduct regular & irregular assessment on suppliers manufacturing process
and quality systems, to achieve consistency in quality performances.
9.
Drive suppliers to focus on Continuous Improvement Initiatives for cost saving
and quality such as Lean, Poka-Yoke, and Six Sigma
< 자격요건 >
1. Bachelors degree required in Mechanical/Electrical
Engineering, Materials Engineering, or any other subjects in Engineering
2. Experiences over 5 years with quality for supplier or
customer
3. More than basic level of understanding on IATF16949
requirements, preferably owning VDA6.3 Process auditor certification will be a
strong advantage
4. Knowledge of ISO45001, Understanding
of ISO14001
5 .Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning
(APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect
Analysis (FMEA)
6. Experiences with plastic molding, stamping, surface finish
like e-coating and PCBA would be advantageous
7. Skill in analyzing and evaluating data, and making
comprehensive reports.
8. Knowledge in advanced manufacturing technology(LIB Battery,
E&I engineering), chemicals, take advantages.
9. Advanced level of speaking in English & writing
capability required, Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools(Project, Word,
Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
