▷ Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control tools and SOP for quality implementation (Quality Control)
- Ensure liaison between customer and plant for customer requirement and complaints.(Quality Assurance)
- Lead new NGI/NLQ project align with business strategy & commercial needs (New Product Development)
- Participate and lead on site quality improvement projects (QA Kaizen)
- Manage QA Lab equipment and give operation guidance to operator (QA Lab Management)
- Supervise QA operator & Color technician (People Management)
- Support QA team CAPEX planning & execution (Investment Management)
- Lead Quality Management system & SOP (eg. ISO9001 system maintain through audit annually)
- Manage effectively on Quality inspection device/equipment including calibration
- Perform RCCA for internal reject & follow up corrective action execution
- Supervise Inspection Specification(Incoming/PIP internal spec.) & inspector employee
- Maintain SAP QA Master data (Inspection plan, COA of RM & FG, Product BOM/BOS)
- Effectively cope with customer requirements and on-site audit activity.
- Perform RCCA for customer complaints and internal reject & follow up corrective action execution
- Support AM/MDTS for ROHS Certificate/Physical Property Test/Specimen
- Collaborate and communicate with global team for customer requirements.
- Perform and follow-up on UL FUS Audit and corrective action in case of NC
- Support QA team CAPEX planning(Vendor explore/Specification evaluation) & execution
- Lead on several key quality improvement project with cross functional team

▷ Qualifications

- Over 5 year experience within the plastics market / industries / products /other industry in quality assurance.

- Bachelor degree of Polymer / Chemical engineering or Chemistry preferred- Certificate of Six sigma Green Belt preferred

- Proven experience in plastic property and compounding

- Strong understanding of quality control process to make sure of competitive and reliable operation

- Understanding of Color realization property

- Understanding of RM ROH Material properties used in plant

- Good knowledge of engineering plastics

- Interested in technical matters and understand not only the product but relevant fields- English communication
