Oversee production of POSM materials for
each cycle to ensure timely execution in the field:
- Manage POSM agencies to ensure production and timely delivery
of materials to branches
- Manage production quantities in line with branch &
portfolio strategy requirements
- Work closely with Sales Planning to ensure cycle planning
activities are aligned and communicated to Field Force
Develop BTL activation (stand-alone or as
part of a cycle campaign) to drive awareness and build equity for brands:
- Identify consumer engagement opportunities that are consistent
with overall brand strategy and positioning
Track and perform administrative tasks
related to budget:
- Manage costs within each project to ensure amount spent is
within aligned budget
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and processes
from an administrative point of view

- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years of marketing experience in FMCG or retail industries
- Fluent written & spoken Korean and English (required)
- Good skills in Powerpoint, Excel and Words (required)
