Job Description

A field service engineer is a professional who provides technical expertise for products and representatives on sales calls and services which is an organization provides technical service to customers. These professionals assist customers and the organization's sales team and may be required to travel frequently to customer locations or support sales.

 

 Perform for UPS Start up.

 Ensure complex installation, maintenance and repair on customer installed base.

 Provide outstanding product guideline and solution

 Technical support on equipment based on the Schneider Electric product as UPS

 Submit digital opportunity detected during his/her interventions

 Leads or contributes to Field Services Representative small projects coordination on technical base.

 Support with technical base of UPS to quotation team

 Support to make official letter to be required all information about technical inquiry

 Support on defective product (UPS) from site about quality issue to find root cause through co-work with quality team.

 Technical assist on inquire from Schneider Electric Service Partners about evaluating technical and professional performance.

 When at customer site, looks for other business opportunities outside current scope of work and lead them to the sales team

 He/She can visit on site to investigate to verify root cause and gathering all information

 Willing to travel

 Need to follow Schneider safety guide line.

 Identify new opportunities while attending customer sites to promote Services growth.

  

Qualification

• Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university OR equivalents.

 Ability to conduct  the site management work for project

 English conversation for communication

 Ability to understand electrical drawing and electrical theory.

• Experienced in service area or commissioning engineering (3years)

• Customer relationship & Project Management skills
