Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Execute accurate products allocation to FO (Factory Outlet) stores to achieve the assigned financial targets (net sales, profitability, sellthru%, and inventory). Develop strong planning and managing for FO stock liquidation and ensure stock needs of product groups available for all FOs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute product allocation to stores by working closely with team and store
- Track demands of inventory and week coverage to maximize product sellthru as well as stock liquidation
- Manage product availability and store capacities in detail
- Product lifecycle management with smart pricing/markdown
- Consolidate and review product performance on store level regularly and share with team on findings and recommendations
- Analyze weekly sellthru with inventory by product and store level and adjust assortments and deliveries to improve sellthru results
- Drive/implement product related marketing/promotional activities
- Support supervisor to identify business opportunities or risks based on stock, sellthru results and marketing plan
- Support supervisor to summarize and categorize issues identified in trading for action plans
- Closely communicate with store managers, district mangers for efficient trading

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or adequate education
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in retail merchandising, buying, product or retail sales related field.
