- Delivers coaching sessions in boutiques of her/his network and animates training sessions to develop sales skills and to increase client experience and boutique sales - Offers 360¡Æ analysis of respective boutiques and their teams based on individual KPIs and creates Individual Development Plans - Defines training and coaching calendar for entire region - Conduct regularly training of products, selling ceremony and related contents to ensure staffs¡¯ expertise as brand ambassadors - Creates and conducts thorough onboarding program for new-joiners - Manages all local mystery shopping activities as well as contact to respective partner - Manages and executes all local mobile learning initiatives etc
[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]
- At least 5 years of experience in retail or hospitality environment, preferably in luxury
- Open, communicative personality
- Holistic business mindset- Great presentation and public speaking as well as interpersonal skills
- Great selling skills and experience
- Good English
